no past. no future. no present. where are problems created?

it’s a strange question,

if there is no past to replay, no future to worry about and even no idea of a present moment to hold onto…

what is the problem?

what we call challenging doesn’t come from what is actually happening. it comes from the mind’s constant motion of revisiting yesterday, planning for tomorrow or stories we have created.

and enormous amounts of energy is used for this.

the story of what someone said. the story of what should have happened. the story of who we used to be. the story of who we are becoming.

but if, just for a moment, all stories disappeared. what is left?

not your problems.

only you.

and this by itself is simple because it creates clarity. the other? creates pain.

the pause is where we begin to become aware of this, that thoughts are not the same as reality.

you may notice in absence of the story, there is a heart intelligence already here. one that simply trusts in what is.

without referring to the past, the future or even the labels placed on now, what is actually wrong?

you will discover that the answer isn’t found in a thought. it’s found in the silence that comes before the next one.
