what to expect
a return to nature
a gentle, intimate detox and nervous system reset; supporting body, mind, and spirit through nature, nourishment, and cultural immersion.
this is not a retreat where you are told what to do. it’s a space where you are gently supported in listening to your body, your rhythm, and what you need most.
❋ the pause
each day begins and ends in shared stillness, breath, and presence.
❋ rest & restoration
space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and receive.
❋ nourishment & harmony
food, hydration, and practices that support digestive and cellular balance.
❋ intuitive flow
movement or stillness, always optional — guided by your body and rhythm.
-
costa rica carries a quiet nourishment. it’s a place that naturally slows you down, where the nervous system exhales and balance begins to return.
as a blue zone country, costa rica reflects a way of living rooted in rhythm, community, and connection to the land. this journey is designed as a reset; not through effort, but through presence.
