when you learn to trust yourself, you stop needing every answer
the world is overflowing with information.
if you have a question, there’s a podcast, a book, a you tube video or an expert ready to answer it. while there is value in learning from others, there comes a point when more information doesn’t create clarity, it creates confusion.
i’ve been there.
listening to different opinions. but eventually I realized something.
no one has lived your life.
no one has felt what you’ve felt, walked your path or knows what your heart knows.
information can guide you but it can’t replace your own inner wisdom.
the heart already knows when something feels right.
the challenge is, the heart isn’t loud. it doesn’t compete with fear, social media, or everyone else’s opinions.
it waits patiently for you to pause long enough to hear it.
when we stop asking what does everyone else think? and start asking what does my heart feel? we stop handing over our inner authority.
the best teachers don’t ask you to depend on them. they help you trust yourself, to go inward.
ultimately, your intuition is your greatest guide. the more you listen to it, the stronger it becomes and the stronger it becomes, the less you need to look to the outside world for answers.
there is a deep freedom in that.
because you realize the peace you’ve been searching for isn’t found in having more information. it’s found in the integration and wisdom that has been within you all along.
