We look forward to bringing our retreats and workshops back in 2021.

About the retreat
We are thrilled to announce news of a public speaking retreat in the beautiful rolling hills of South Wales in June 2020. The event will be hosted by Kym Frederick, a co-organiser and producer of TEDxCasnewydd and Chloe Gosiewski, a qualified life coach and wellness expert who is also a TEDx speaker.
The purpose of the retreat is to find your authentic voice, learn how to deliver your message with impact and how to enjoy your public speaking, whether it is a business presentation, a wedding speech or a TED Talk.
You will arrive from 3 pm on Friday and leave after lunch on Sunday.
Included in the 2 night stay in a charming farmhouse and barn in the pretty town of Hay-on-Wye at the foot of the Black Mountains:
Workshops to inspire ideas, build confidence and learn how to captivate an audience with your own special idea or story.
Group meditation sessions: learning to focus and calm nerves.
Group walks in the beautiful countryside surrounding the farmhouse.
Free time to visit the nearby bustling town which is famed for its annual literary festival.
Healthy breakfast, a light lunch and home-cooked dinners. Unlimited soft drinks.
This retreat is for a small group of people. We will research and prepare our talks, then present to each other before we leave. Although the aim is to learn and perfect, it is also our desire to make the weekend a truly enjoyable occasion for everyone.
